B.Recommendation Form(in Microsoft Word format)
After downloading the file for the Recommendation Form in Microsoft Word format,
please send the completed file by attaching it to an email message.
- Only members who have been selected by the International Cosmos Prize Committee as recommenders are qualified to recommend candidates for the prize.
- The Microsoft Word file can be submitted either by attaching to an email message to the Secretariat of the International Cosmos Prize Committee (at the address below).
